Contract

A request is non-binding. A contract exists only after written confirmation. Rooms are not let on their own, only as part of an event booking.

Cancellation right

Dated leisure events have no cooling-off right under German § 312g (2) no. 9 once confirmed. Deposit and balance appear on the confirmation.

House rules

Arrival 12:30–20:00. Departure by 12:00.

The estate is used as a whole. Treat furniture, park and pond with care. No smoking indoors. Music in the Tenne until 02:00 only if agreed. Report damage at once.

Liability

The house is not liable for slight negligence except for injury or essential contractual duties.
